Based on almost 25 years of experience in operating the BB concept, we know very well where and under what conditions it is not profitable to open our business. Therefore, we do not allow franchisees to invest their capital where we would not invest our own.
TRANSPARENCY IN THE PURCHASE OF RAW MATERIALS AND SERVICES
Our franchisees benefit from the purchasing power of the entire group and are financially motivated to seek alternative sources for the purchase of raw materials and services. We apply a completely transparent percentage markup to each item and adjust purchase prices every month according to the current market situation.
WE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE PROSPERITY OF THE FRANCHISEE
Our franchise terms and conditions are designed so that a franchisee who does not achieve operational profitability while properly operating their franchise has the right to request a waiver of most franchise fees.
STEP BY STEP TO DREAM RESTAURANT

2.
PERSONAL MEETING
At this meeting, we will provide you with more detailed information about how the BB franchise concept works and we will sign a confidentiality agreement together.
3.
A REAL DAY AT WORK
We will invite you to a preview shift. During this shift, we will select a suitable type of establishment for you based on your financial capabilities and preferred location. You can choose either an established establishment or a new construction option.
4.
MEETING WITH EXISTING FRANCHISEES
We recommend that each of our franchise applicants meet with as many of our franchisees as possible and talk openly with them about their real experiences and satisfaction with the franchise. During these meetings, applicants will also be transparently informed of any negatives perceived by franchisees.
5.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
If you meet the basic requirements for possible cooperation, you will have a personal interview with the company director, during which the next steps in your franchise application will also be approved.
6.
SIGNING OF THE BASIC TERMS OF COOPERATION
We will then conclude a contract on the next steps for granting the franchise, which defines the terms of the franchise cooperation, information about the specific establishment, the purchase price, training, and the expected date of handover.
7.
ADAPTATION
After fulfilling the conditions of the Contract on the Next Steps, we will introduce you to the adaptation process. We will familiarize you with the establishments where your adaptation will take place and provide you with a detailed training schedule, including the expected date of final certification.
8.
HANDOVER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
After successful completion of the adaptation process, we will hand over the establishment to you with trained basic staff.
